Samrat Prithviraj is a newly released Hindi language Bollywood Movie. The film was released on 3 June 2022. The film features many famous Bollywood actors like Akshay Kumar, Sanjay Dutt, Sonu Sood, and many more. The budget of the movie is INR 300 crore (US$39 million). The runtime of the movie is 135 minutes or 2 hours 25 minutes. I know most of you people are not excited to watch this film because the trailer of the film was not so good and not much promotion has been done to promote this movie. But, because I have watched the full movie that’s why I want to tell you that the film is better than what they have shown us in the trailer.
You may ask is it worth it to go to a theatre and watch this film by paying for the tickets? How can I answer it now? let’s continue with the conclusion of the film. The first action scene of the film was very good. I loved the first half of the film. This film delivered much more than I was expected before. One of my expectations the directed of the film has delivered to me was the war scene where two big armies were fighting and my expectation was not only to see the general fighting between these armies with swords but to see some strategies that how the army is fighting and that thing shown in the film. I liked it.
Yes, all of the action scenes of the film have been quick cut, which I don’t much like but, at least I liked these quick cuts in the first half. There are many scenes that got me goosebumps. Here I want to give you a short note that I am not going to comment on the actual history that the movie claims to be based on but comment on the movie only. The attention to detail in how characters give dialog is like it is the real thing from that time. I don’t want to comment on how much the film is accurate to history. You can judge it after watching the film.
But, after watching the film trailer in which people are judged that this character is not suiting to Akshay Kumar then I want to tell you that It will disappoint you and this film was not too bad compared to what you thought. Yes, at the starting the mustache looked weird but you can adjust it, not a big deal-breaker.
My dear friends, we learned from this that at the time of making the trailer the selection of scenes is very important because the dialogues which are shown in the trailer were not good but the same dialogues work perfectly in the film. You may think that I am buyest to this film then I want to tell you to go and watch this film and then judge it. Yes, Akshay didn’t give a flawless performance in this film but I want to mention one thing it is far better than the expectation after watching the trailer of the film.
The performance of Manushi Chhillar, who is doing her debut in this film was decent in some places her dialogue and expression were seen as bad but ok. The work done by Sanjay Dutt was very good and impressed me. If you are not expecting anything from him then you will get surprised. The nature of the series and the childishness shown in the film impressed me. The work done by Sonu Sood was also very good. One more thing that many people will notice is that the main villain of the film, See the needed role has done by the actor but if the creators can cast any other person who can look like very dangerous then It would be very good.
